If you face any issue with your order, please read our return and refund policy below. 📦 Returns Eligibility We accept returns only under the following conditions: Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery Request is raised within 24 hours of delivery Product is unused and in original packaging 📸 Proof Requirement Customers must provide clear photos or unboxing video as proof of damage or issue. Without valid proof, return/replacement requests may not be accepted. ❌ Non-Returnable Items Used or partially used products Opened packs (for hygiene reasons) Orders placed by mistake 🔄 Replacement Policy If your request is approved, we will offer a replacement product at no extra cost. Replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days after approval. 💰 Refund Policy Refunds are issued only if: Replacement is not available, or Order is canceled by us Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days: Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method COD orders → Refunded via bank transfer or UPI 🚚 Return Shipping In case of damaged or incorrect product, return shipping cost will be borne by Aura Dhoop.
