Each dhoop stick burns for approximately 45–60 minutes.

What is inside each box?

Each box contains 40 dhoop sticks and 1 elegant ceramic stand.

How do I place an order?

Choose your dhoop or combo, add it to the cart, and checkout. You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) or choose Cash on Delivery where available.

Can I pay Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders. The option appears at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Open Track Order and enter your order number with the phone number or email used. Logged-in customers can also see status in My Account.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, any time before it ships, from My Account > Orders. Paid orders are refunded to the original payment method.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are packed in 1–2 working days and usually arrive in 3–7 working days across India, depending on your location.

Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping charges and the free-delivery order value are shown at checkout before you pay.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you after review.

When will I get my refund?

Approved refunds reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days. For COD orders we ask for your bank or UPI details.

How should I use dhoop sticks safely?

Place the stick in a stable holder, light the tip until it glows, and let the flame go out. Keep it away from children, pets and flammable things, in a ventilated room, and never leave it unattended.

Which dhoop is best for pooja and meditation?

All our fragrances are made for daily pooja, meditation and relaxation. Pick the mood you like: Bloom of Love is floral, Green Forest is fresh and earthy, Velvet Blossom is soft and velvety. The Divine Trinity combo has all three.
